QUALITY
Quality Program
T&T has a documented and implemented quality program that meets the requirements of ASME Section III, ASME NQA-1, Title 10 Code Federal Regulation Part 50 Appendix B, Title 10 Code Federal Regulation Part 21, and ISO:9001.
Testing and Inspection
T&T Laboratory performs Chemical Analysis, Machined Specimen Tensile, Axial Tensile, Wedge Tensile, Proof Load, Cone Strip Proof Load, Rockwell Hardness, Brinell Hardness, 24 Hour Elevated Hardness, Macroetch and X-Ray Coating Thickness Examination. T&T has inspectors qualified to perform Visual Examination in accordance with NQA-1 and SNT-TC-1A. Our and Dimensional Inspection team is qualified in accordance with NQA-1.
Audit
T&T is a Certified Material Organization, audited and approved by ASME (QSC No. 844). In addition to our Quality System Certificate, we hold a ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of Registration. T&T has qualified lead auditors to perform Commercial Grade Surveys and Audits where applicable. We maintain a documented Approved Vendors List.
